FAQs
Is oxford street Bottomless?
- Not this year, tickets get you entry and then the bar is full service as normal.
How can I upgrade my ticket to premium?
- You will be able to upgrade your tickets on the door for an additional £10 per person if you didn’t purchase an upgrade upon buying your tickets
What time is last entry?
- Last entry is at 11.30pm
What time is last re entry?
- Last re- entry will be at 1am
Can I leave and come back?
- Yes however you need to be at the venue before 11:30pm and if you leave to watch the fireworks you will have to return by 1am
When do you open to the public?
- Venues will open to the public at 2am subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis
Can I buy tickets on the door?
- Some venues may sell tickets on the door from 11.30pm – this is subject to availability on the night and on a first come first serve basis.
Some venues may sell on the door from 8pm, only if they have tickets left when we close sales Tuesday afternoon.
What does bottomless include?
- Standard tickets with bottomless includes single house spirits, medium glasses of house wine, bottles of house beer, and soft drinks (no mocktails)
What does the premium ticket include?
- Premium tickets include the premium queue for entry (although don’t mention this unless they specifically ask) single premium spirit and mixers, all wines by the glass, pints of beer, glasses of prosecco, soft drinks (no mocktails)
What time is bottomless until?
- Bottomless is from 8pm-2am
Can I get cocktails and other drinks not included on bottomless?
- Any drinks not on bottomless can be purchased over the bar at our normal price , so paid for.
Can I book a table?
- Yes but you must have also purchased a ticket for entry, tables are £10 per person fee. All Guests will get a seat.
Do I have a table all night?
- Yes, if you have booked and paid for a table it is yours from 8pm- close
Can I change my ticket to a different venue?
- Unfortunately there are no same day venue swaps (can swap tickets still Tuesday 30th if there’s availability to do so via tonic but not on NYE)
Can I have a refund?
- All tickets are non refundable as per our t&c’s
Can I use my ticket to get into a different Simmons venue?
- Unfortunately not, the ticket will only be valid for the venue you purchased it for
Is there a dress code?
- The dress code is the same as always, smart casual, no tracksuits
Bottomless Standard VS Premium Drinks
⚡ Early Bird & Standard release tickets entitle you to drinks from the following: Bottles of House Beer, Glasses of House Wine, Single House Spirit & Mixer, and a selection of soft drinks.
⚡️Premium Upgrade is an extra £10 per person and entitles you to: VIP entry to the venue, queue jump, as well as a larger drinks selection including; Draught Beer, All Bottled Beer & Cider, Glasses of Prosecco, Glasses of Wine, Single Premium Spirit & Mixer Jack Daniel, Tanqueray, Havana 3 & Absolut Vodka and a selection of soft drinks.
