APEROL SPRITZ
The Aperol Spritz: for when you want to drink something that looks like sunshine but tastes like mild regret (with a twist of orange). Bittersweet and just smug enough to suggest you’ve been abroad once, it’s the perfect way to ease into the evening, or forget how it started. Served ice-cold and just ironic enough to count as personality.
SARTI SPRITZ
Meet the Sarti Spritz, Aperol’s cooler, slightly more mysterious cousin. It’s got that same bittersweet charm, but with a punchier attitude and a little more spice (figuratively and literally). Bold, orange, and unapologetically confident, just like you after two of them.
LIMONCELLO SPRITZ
When life gives you lemons, we add prosecco. The Limoncello Spritz at Simmons is a sharp, zesty little number with just enough sweetness to make you forget it’s basically adult lemonade. Light, bubbly, and dangerously drinkable, it’s the kind of cocktail that says, “I’m classy… but only until 9pm.” Best enjoyed with a raised eyebrow and a second round.
